About Ooh! Bakery
Small batches, big flavor, made just for you
Ooh! Bakery is a home bakery in Stayton, Oregon. Nothing sits in a case waiting for you. Everything is homemade to order, so it’s fresh when it lands in your hands.
Why “Ooh!”?
Because that’s the sound people make when they open the box. A dozen warm cookies, a pan of frosted cinnamon rolls, a loaf of banana bread still soft in the middle: it’s hard not to say it.
Ooh! Bakery started the way a lot of good things do, in a home kitchen, baking for family, friends and neighbors until “you should sell these” turned into “okay, I will.”

I bake every order myself, answer every text, and taste-test more cookie dough than I should admit.
When I’m not baking, I’m usually writing about it over in The Mixing Bowl, where I share recipes, kitchen wins and fails, and a little bit of life in between.

Your order is baked for you, not pulled off a shelf. Fresh is the whole point.
No minimum, ever
One loaf of sandwich bread or six dozen cookies for a party. Either one is a great order.
Pickup or delivery
Swing by and grab it, or we’ll bring it to you around Stayton and nearby.

Birthdays, showers, office mornings and “just because” Tuesdays.
Cupcakes in your colors, Danish for a brunch, fruit tarts, or a flavor that isn’t on the menu: just ask. Tell us the date, how many people and what you’re craving, and we’ll make it happen if we can.
